How much should I charge my customers for shipping?Updated 9 months ago
It is up to you to determine how much you would like to charge your customers for shipping. Through our shipping reconciliation process you are charged the actual and exact shipping carrier costs.
One strategy is to base your cart shipping costs on averages. While some orders may cost more than the average, others will cost less. It is also advisable to review your actual shipping costs regularly and make adjustments to your cart.
Below are averages by shipping method for orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that these are just average cart costs and actual costs could be higher or lower depending on the items ordered and your customer's proximity to the origin warehouse. In the case of heavy/large items, shipping costs will be higher because the shipping carriers charge based on dimensional weight.
4 to 8 Business Days: $8
3 to 5 Business Days: $16
2 Business Days: $28
