How do I submit a dropship or wholesale order?Updated 9 months ago

Once you have received an order from one of your customers, or you are ready to place a bulk wholesale order to be shipped to yourself, there are two ways you can submit it to Sextoy.com Wholesale.

Manual Order

1) Add the items you need to your cart. Search on the site for the products you need by UPC or name, add to cart, then click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner when you are done.

2) Click the green Proceed to Checkout button when you are done.

3) Select the shipping address. If your customer's address is not already in your address book, you can add it here.

4) Proceed to the next page and select a shipping method. More information on shipping methods can be found here.

5) Enter a PO/reference number. This is your unique order number that you use to identify your order in your own records. Please use alphanumeric characters only.

6) Click "Complete Payment.

7) Complete payment information and click "Pay Now."

8) Once successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an email. 

CSV Batch Upload

1) Go to the Draft Orders page by clicking Bulk Order Upload in the top navigation bar. 

2) Scroll down until you see CSV Order Upload. Download the template file and add your order information in the columns. Save your file as a CSV and upload it.

Bulk Order Payment 

1) Once uploaded, the orders will appear under "Pending Orders." Check the orders you wish to process and click the green Process Orders button.

2) You will be taken to checkout where you can process payment for all orders at once. You will receive one confirmation email for the entire batch.

Order API

Our order API  can automatically submit orders to your Sextoy.com Wholesale account, and write back tracking to your store, saving you time! Detailed information can be found here.  To obtain your API key, please email us at [email protected].

Most people will need the assistance of a web developer to install the order API on their site.

The order API will automatically submit your orders to your draft orders. From there you can review the orders, make changes, and pay for your order batch in bulk.
